Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the website of Sainsbury’s garden services. 
Upon accepting the quotation provided you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Payment

Payments are due on completion of the quoted works. An invoice can be provided if needed and payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or cheque. 

For commercial clients, payment terms are to be discussed at the start of the contract.

The Quotation

This quotation that is provided is valid for 45 days after which the we reserve the right to withdraw and re-price unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon acceptance of the works, the agreed price will remain as per the quotation until the work is completed unless the work is delayed by the customer or any hidden obstructions are found.

Deposits & Cancellations

We may require a deposit from the client before any works are carried out, this is to secure the date of booking or to pay for materials required to complete the job. 

If the work is cancelled 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date the a full refund of the money will be made, after this time we will be unable to refund any deposited money. 

If the deposit is made to purchase materials then we will be unable to refund any of the money, regardless of when the work is cancelled. 

Waste Removal

All green waste created while working will be cleaned up and taken away unless otherwise stated.

Prices for waste removal will be clearly shown on the quotation.

We will use garden waste bins provided before taking waste away.

Gardening

Gardening works will be carried out to meet your requirements and will be clearly explained before any works are carried out. 

Photography 

I will allow Sainsbury’s garden services the right to use photography of their work on their website and social media platforms.

Insurance

We hold full Public Liability Insurance and a copy of the certificates are available on request.
